The Al Fracassa Legacy Foundation was created to honor the life and values of legendary coach Al Fracassa, whose dedication to athletics, academics, and mentorship shaped generations of young people. Coach Fracassa believed that the lessons learned on the field and in the classroom extend far beyond high school—they build character, integrity, and leadership that last a lifetime. His legacy is one of excellence, humility, and service, and the foundation carries forward that mission.

Our purpose is to support high school student-athletes and the coaches who guide them, recognizing that both play a critical role in building strong communities. By providing resources, scholarships, and mentorship opportunities, we aim to elevate the standard of high school athletics and academics—doing it better than it has ever been done. Through this work, the foundation ensures that Coach Fracassa’s passion for teaching, leading, and inspiring continues to impact lives for generations to come.
